    Position:
    Senior Superintendent


    Location:
    Toronto


    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage all aspects of highrise construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
    • Lead and mentor project teams, including site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, to deliver successful outcomes.
    • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.
    • Implement and enforce best practices in construction methods, techniques, and materials.
    • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks proactively.
    • Maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in highrise construction, with a focus on towers of 20 storeys or more.
    • Proven track record of successfully completing multiple highrise projects in Canada as a Superintendent.
    • Extensive knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials relevant to highrise developments.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problemsolving abilities.
    • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
    • Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.

    Salary and Benefits:
