Job Description:
Purpose
Responsibilities
- Prepare contracts, renewal contracts and amendments for new and existing clients
- Perform analysis and understand how pricing models work
- Negotiate deals with clients
- Work closely with all specialized departments involved in the contract management
- Share contract knowledge with internal stakeholders
- Provide adhoc legal support related to all parts of the business
Qualifications:
Employment Prerequisites
- Bachelor's Degree
- 34 years of contract management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, specifically the tracked changes feature
- An understanding of financial details
- Flexible, positive, and wellorganized team player, comfortable working in a fastpaced software company
- Ability to work independently and with little oversight
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas to diverse business and technical audiences inside and outside of the business
Desired Competencies
- Experience working with technology companies
- Experience working in healthcare or other highly regulated environment
