    Responsibilities
    What a typical day looks like in this role:
    Administrative support to the factory manager
    Assist with shipping/receiving documents
    Issue purchase orders to suppliers/vendors
    Assistance with manufacturing schedules
    Stocks of products and supplies
    Hardware planning
    Track and update inventory of products and supplies
    Support communications with suppliers/vendors
    General assistance with administrative tasks.

    Qualifications
    Do you have administrative experience?
    Are you fluent in English and functional French?
    Are you comfortable using the computer?
    Do you like teamwork and are dynamic?
