Requirements:


  • An outgoing personality with strong communication skills while interacting with tenants and the public
  • Work independently and in a team setting
  • Must be available during regular business hours, but have the ability to work flexible hours if needed
  • Must have the ability to follow procedures and make quick decisions during emergency situations
  • Experience is an asset

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • As a concierge, you will provide a friendly and approachable image as a Representative of both Paladin Security and the client
  • You will need to assist our team with providing a safe, welcoming and secure environment for tenants and visitors
  • Provide a high level of customer service, build relationships with frequent visitors, and use a compassion based approach when dealing with situations that occur
  • Work with Paladin Security to identify areas of customer service, safety or security improvements
  • Build a strong knowledge of tenants, business, and points of interest both on property and on neighboring properties to support downtown initiatives
  • Document and report daily activities for incident or statistical purposes
