Join our team that is focused on patient care and collaboration. Glebe Osteopathy and Wellness is a wellness centre that helps patients through pain or injury. Through collaborative healthcare and movement-based programming, we help patients prevent future injuries. We are located on Bank Street and minutes away from Lansdowne Park.


We are recruiting Manual Osteopaths to join our multidisciplinary team The successful applicant will be responsible for providing clients with excellent osteopathic treatments to improve their overall health and wellness.

You will work closely with our clients to identify their needs, provide treatments and create continued care opportunities and a welcoming atmosphere.


Responsibilities

  • Understand and support the clinics philosophy and growth goals
  • Follow processes and operations outlined by the clinic
  • Provide excellent osteopathic treatment to clients.
  • Perform assessments to clients to help identify their concerns and provide customized treatments based on their concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients' treatment plan and progress.
  • Build a relationship with other staff to thrive as a team.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of osteopathic care and how it can improve their overall wellbeing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
  • Participate in staying current with the latest techniques and trends in osteopathic care.
  • Be adaptable with technologies and software that the clinic may implement to enhance client engagement
  • Participate in potential community development initiatives for brand exposure and growth
  • Participate in ongoing clinical education
  • Review performance with the clinic director to determine level of support and training for growth

Requirements:


  • Current registration with your respective association
  • Strong knowledge and experience in osteopathic assessment, diagnosis and treatment.
  • Professional liability insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Committed to growth and career planning

$85.12-$98.80 per hour

- osteopathic: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:
