- Lead the design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across various modules and applications.
- Manage the platform's configuration, customization, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Monitor the platform's health, usage, and overall compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and incidents related to the platform.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the service now administrators and developers.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure the platform's alignment with the business objectives and requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow administration and development.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Services, and other web technologies.
- Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Request Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Discovery, etc.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and project management tools.
- Experience with cloud computing concepts and Software as a Service architecture.
- Certification in ServiceNow Administrator or Developer is preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
