Role Summary
As a Human Resources Specialist you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
This position is being offered as part time, two days a week with the opportunity to work on-site and remotely.
Role Responsibilities

Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Address employee concerns and complaints in a timely and confidential manner, escalating issues as needed.
- Conduct investigations into employee relations issues and recommend appropriate solutions or disciplinary actions.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Monitor and track employee performance metrics, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decisionmaking and compliance efforts.
Compliance:
- Stay uptodate on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR practices and activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support legal compliance and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in human resources roles, with a focus on employee relations, and HR administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with a focus on providing practical and effective solutions.
- Highly organized and detailoriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
