Are you our new Coordinator, Learning Operations?

As a Coordinator, Learning Operations your responsibilities will include:

General

  • Document and update process documentation
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, presentations and best practice guidelines
  • Be responsible for a variety of weekly, monthly, and ad hoc tracking, completion and compliance report preparation, analysis and distribution
  • Support national and local business unit delivery of learning and development programs, including communication, registration, compliance tracking
  • Contribute to process improvement through active policy and process review as well as day to day operations
  • Analyze and summarize course evaluations feedback
  • Support the design and development of new processes and procedures connected to Learning with Integrity
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned

LMS expertise

  • Prepare content for the LMS course catalog and ensure course content is current, correct and complete
  • Track and monitor completion of advanced preparation required by participants for learning and development events in the LMS
  • Provide support to online attendance tracking process
  • Troubleshoot LMS and LXP issues
  • Prepare adhoc reporting for colleagues
  • Help manage daytoday LMS administration

Collaboration

  • Liaise with representatives from various business units on learning delivery, tracking and compliance
  • Communicate and coordinate with content developers and outside service providers to ensure ontime delivery of required course material and program set up
  • Proactively communicates with the broader Learning and Development team to ensure smooth execution of learning programs and events

  • Completed postsecondary education (university degree and/or college diploma)
  • 23 years' prior administrative or coordinator experience
  • Experience working with analytics and learning technologies (LMS, LXP, Articulate) an asset
  • Experience with learning technology tools and systems with LMS platforms preferred
  • Strong multitasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problemsolving environment
  • Exceptional communication skills with the confidence and passion to share knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal skills and are commitment to helping our clients, colleagues and communities thrive
  • Selfstarter, who is resourceful and curious and able to work independently
  • Creative thinker who is observant to seek new opportunities and perceptive to abstract ideas
  • Goaldriven individual to seek out continuous improvement opportunities
  • Virtual platform delivery experience such as Kaltura (an asset)
  • Advanced excel skills including VLOOKUP and Macros specifically Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues in timely, diplomatic
