The Senior Director, Programs is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of all CCC programs in a cohesive and thoughtful way to the benefit of colorectal cancer patients, stakeholders and Colorectal Cancer Canada ('CCC"). The Senior Director, Programs, also oversees CCC programs that are pan-cancer in nature. The Senior Director, Programs needs to ensure that the programs advance CCC's mission and meet the strategic direction of the organization: Awareness, Education and Advocacy.Reports To: Executive Director
Communicates with health care professionals, patients, industry, and other stakeholders to help advance CCC initiatives, as appropriate
Master's degree in Science, Public Health, Epidemiology or related health field
At least 3 years experience in program development and/or project management
Experience in health research or scientific research
Experience in psychosocial is an asset
Customer service experience is an asset
Bilingual French and English
Experience with non-governmental or non-profit organizations an asset

Le directeur principal des programmes est chargé de superviser la planification, l'élaboration et l'exécution de tous les programmes de CCC d'une manière cohérente et réfléchie dans l'intérêt des patients atteints de cancer colorectal, des parties prenantes et de Cancer colorectal Canada (" CCC "). Le directeur principal des programmes veille à ce que les programmes contribuent à la mission du CCC et respectent l'orientation stratégique de l'organisation : Sensibilisation, éducation et défense des intérêts.
Il relève de la: Directrice exécutive
Évalue les programmes et offre des comptes rendus à leur sujet, et veille à ce que les objectifs soient atteints par tous les membres du personnel.
Veille à ce que les programmes soient alignés avec les objectifs et les priorités stratégiques
Au moins trois ans d'expérience dans l'élaboration de programmes et/ou la gestion de projets
Bilingue français-anglais
