Finance Department - Accounts Receivable Administrator
Nova Networks Inc. is growing our Finance Department; we are seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team in Ottawa. This position plays a key role in the collection and management of revenue.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to billing
  • Working with Operations and Sales teams to resolve customer issues
  • Responding to Operations and Sales teams request for information
  • Following up with clients to insure payment of invoices within the agreed terms
  • Reviewing daily payments applied to customer accounts
  • Preparing and maintaining an Accounts Receivable tracking report
  • Reviewing Accounts Receivable with Management
  • Strategizing with Management on collection issues
  • Postsecondary education in Accounting or an Accounting background
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice-to-haves:

  • Familiar with IT manufacturers and products an asset
  • Knowledge of Sage 300 ERP an asset
  • Bilingual in French and English

Job Types:

Experience:


  • Accounts receivable: 1 year (preferred)
