• This will be a remote position and our office is located in Edmonton, Alberta if you'd prefer to work in the office._
• You must be legally entitled to work in Canada. Preference will be given to Albertabased applicants._

At the core of this role, you will:

• Identify market trends and innovative solutions that advance online education
• Work with clients and create solutions and recommendations that align with their online learning needs

What your responsibilities will be:

• You will be meeting with new and existing clients to gain user insights and understand their biggest challenges and pain points
• You will facilitate workshops, webinars, surveys and attend conferences to better understand the market needs
• You will conduct market research on innovative trends and solutions that align with the advancement of online education
• You will define a vision and shared goal to build a sustainable digital services store
• Identify opportunities to productize existing and new materials and solutions
• You will collaborate with a team of likeminded UX (User Experience) and LX (Learner Experience) experts in creating products and service solutions
• You will analyze product and solution feasibility, key product metrics and ROI

Skills and requirements that you should have:

• You are inspired by the future of education, edtech, and the possibilities on online learning
• You enjoy problem solving, you're not afraid to try new things, and you learn from successes and challenges
• You enjoy researching, learning, and utilizing the latest technologies and tools available
• You have diplomacy and tact in facilitating codesign sessions with Onlea's clients
• You showcase humility and curiosity toward learning new tools and techniques
• You have a desire to work in a collaborative environment with other Designers and Developers where work is shared and critiqued as a team
• You have experience with universal design principles
