Summary Description

The Member Service Representative t works with CAA members to sell and renew memberships, produce triptiks, provide CAA materials, and sell merchandise.

Participation in consumer information sessions and other travel-related events as required.

Job Duties

Provide members with Auto Travel materials and related services including triptiks, maps and tour books
Sell, upsell and renew memberships
Promote and sell travel merchandise
Answer member/client inquiries

Enrolled fulltime in the previous academic year and returning fulltime in the upcoming academic year
Students registered in Travel & Tourism program or related discipline preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Fluency in both official languages is an asset
Employment is contingent on a successful Criminal Background Check and reference check.
