Sonic Milling Systems Ltd is seeking a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of our new team You will compile data, compute charges, prepare PO's and invoices, along with many other office administrative duties.

Responsibilities:
- Calculate costs of goods and services
- Track and record deliveries to customers
- Distribute invoices for sales review
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
- Perform all other office tasks as directed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
- Experience in data entry
- Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
- Knowledge of accounting software, QuickBooks, Netsuite a bonus but willing to train
- Microsoft Office 365 Applications
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy office
Salary:
$58,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Saskatoon, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- NetSuite: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounting: 2 years (required)
- Administrative: 2 years (required)
Language:
- English (required)
