Design Assistant - Antec Controls (Term Summer - Student)

Supporting product designers in each stage of the design process.
Assembling prototypes and setting up test spaces.
Performing and documenting testing both benchtop and in mockup rooms.
Analyzing and interpreting testing results.
Supporting the creation of design documentation.
Provide design support for manufacturing.
Enrolled in postsecondary education for Mechanical, Computer or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
A cooperative team player attitude who thrives in a fastpaced environment.
An aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
A high level of critical thinking and accountability.
Experience with hand tools and wiring considered an asset.
