    Responsibilities
    What will you do?

    • Salesforce Reporting Expertise: Utilize advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting to design, develop, and implement reports that cater to the needs of various stakeholders, with a focus on optimizing contact center operations.
    • Educational Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert, educating and mentoring team members on best practices for building effective reports within Salesforce. Empower the team to leverage reporting capabilities to drive datainformed decisionmaking.

    Functional Collaboration:
    Collaborate closely with different departments to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness in reporting solutions.

    • Technical Proficiency: Leverage experience with additional reporting tools such as Power BI, Python and SQL to enhance reporting capabilities and provide comprehensive analytical solutions where necessary.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in Salesforce reporting and related fields. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the reporting framework.
    Qualifications
    Qualifications

    • 35+ years of experience as a Salesforce Reporting Specialist, with a focus on contact center operations.
    • Expertise in designing and building complex reports within Salesforce, catering to diverse stakeholder needs.
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data & Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration)
    • Strong proficiency in additional reporting tools such as Power BI, Python, SQL, and excel
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively educate and mentor team members.
    • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering highquality, actionable insights.
    • Experience in benchmarking and target setting across contact center teams.
    • Selfmotivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
    • 40 working hours per week, based in Vancouver, BC, with a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
