Our Underground Burial Team is looking for a self motivated individual who wants to make an impact Our department is responsible for the repair or replacement of over 90,000 service drops connecting customers' homes to our network nationally, every year_.

_As part this role you will work closely with various contractors, internal resources and municipalities to ensure that network connections are maintained and repaired in a timely manner as part of the last mile access mandate.

We are seeking self motivated individuals who are detailed oriented and can work independently within a team environment.


Detailed responsibilities include:


  • Communicate with technicians_/_contractors in the field.
  • Respond to escalations with resolution in a timely manner.
  • Assign and manage work orders in NIKA
  • Work with Municipalities to ensure that work and safety guidelines are adhered to
  • Daily contact with internal teams to coordinate resources
  • Enter work orders referred by technicians
  • Perform Street Audits & coordinate City Street Projects with our Contractors
  • Action daily reports and review progress with contractors on a weekly basis
  • Learn and adhere to all applicable Health & Safety regulations, both legislatively mandated and as outlined in Company policy.
