About the role
We're looking for a Claims Representative III to join our growing team.

What you'll do here:

Analyze the admissibility and investigate the circumstances of a claim to determine its causes.
Provide a fair and equitable settlement taking into consideration the company's standards and rules in effect at the location of the claim.
Use the available tools effectively.
Determine the subrogation potential in the files.
Have a good management of the reserves.
Effectively manage your office and your priorities.

What you bring to the table:

Claims adjuster certification
Minimum of 3 years experience in the field
Good knowledge of insurance products
Can effectively set priorities
Can analyze and synthesize
Can negotiate and make decisions
Concern for customer service

[Bilingual (French and English)] Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country.
