Job Description:

WHAT'S THE JOB?
Marek Hospitality is a Canadian company that specializes in providing food services in Healthcare dining. Our teams of culinary and hospitality professionals share a passion for great food and service. We celebrate culinary achievement, encourage creativity and challenge and reward our people for outstanding work. We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to work at our Tim Hortons location.

This role will provide an exceptional experience, going above and beyond for our guests and creating a safe and fun working environment for our staff.

The schedule for this role would include evenings and weekends.

The position will...

Learn and become skilled in Tim Horton's beverage and food stations
Complete Tim Horton training modules
Maintain speed of service standards
Crosstrained to work in the Marek Café while assisting the other areas of the unit
Completing and upholding food safety standards and procedures
Responsible for cash handling and cash register
Provide exceptional customer service at all times, supporting an environment that strives to create exceptional culinary experiences

Qualifications:

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The competencies and qualifications needed...

Available Weekend (Saturday and Sunday required)
Previous experience working in a Tim Horton's or another fast pace food service establishment
Able to communicate well in written and verbal English
Experience as a cashier, cash handling and cash management.
