    Description
    • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
    • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years or equivalent experience

      • Tasks

    • Analyze budget to enhance and sustain the restaurant's profits
    • Develop budget to establish costs of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies
    • Evaluate daily business operations
    • Adjust food preparation methods and menu prices based on the restaurant's financial plan
    • Monitor revenues to assess labor expenses
    • Supervise staff performance
    • Plan and coordinate daily activities
    • Recruit, schedule, and oversee staff
    • Provide training for staff
    • Manage inventory efficiently
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
    • Manage agreements with suppliers for food and other resources
    • Deal with customer complaints or issues effectively
    • Deliver high-quality customer service
    • Oversee and assess daily operations

      • Computer and technology knowledge

    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Experience with Point of Sale systems

      • Work conditions and physical capabilities

    • Engage in a dynamic work environment
    • Handle workload efficiently under pressure
    • Capable of lifting heavy objects
    • Physically challenging tasks may be involved
    • Overtime work may be necessary
