  • Manage departmental performance measures and provides regular progress reports to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production reports, inventory levels utilizing SAP.
  • Lead and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide employee relations support to a team of production associates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, shipping & receiving, safety and HR to optimize production processes.
  • Ensure all functions are accomplished safely by following and enforcing the work instructions. There's no one quite like you Respect your true nature by puting forward your strengths:
  • 2-5+ years of production leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Experience/Strong Understanding with SAP
  • Comfortable working around loud, heavy machinery
  • Able to lift to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to climb, kneel, crouch and work above the shoulders.
