Property Administrator in Toronto.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Administrator in Commercial Real Estate We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team and work closely with the Property Management and Building Operations teams for our commercial properties.

As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for property management support and administrative functions for an office portfolio.

You will build and maintain relationships with tenants, contractors and clients to ensure building standards are adhered to and service performance is optimal.

You will also be responsible for processing the monthly rent roll report, issuing year-end final billing and tenant charge back invoices, depositing rental cheques, rent collection and accounts payable.
