    • Demonstrated knowledge of at least one of the following areas: climate science as applied to climate risk assessment; climate scenario analysis, including their physical or transition risks assessments; complex emissions inventories and practical application of the GHG Protocol or related standards; target setting, such as through the practical application of SBTi guidance or related frameworks.
    • An educational and/or applied background in one or more of climate science, climate finance, engineering, financial analysis, or economics.
    • Experience with Excel, and other statistical or quantitative tools.
    • Commercial acumen and strong program and project management skills.
    • Critical thinking, intellectual curiosity and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to lead and work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.
    • Exceptional commitment to providing excellent client service, by building and maintaining productive relationships with both internal and external clients.
    • Strong initiative, agility and resourcefulness.
    • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives.
