Reporting to the Manager, International Admissions (Mtl), the incumbent is the contact person and one of the first points of contact between LaSalle College and its potential students.

His/her role is to guide and advise prospective students in the process of their selection and enrolment in one of our study programs.


Location:
Lasalle College - Montreal


Status:
Temporary position full-time (40 hours/week)


Salary: 19$/hour + bonification program


RESPONSIBILITIES
Consulting

  • Meet student recruitment targets;
  • Followup with students to facilitate their enrolment;
  • Enter and maintain information and data collected in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Admissions process

  • Work closely with all internal and external stakeholders.
Promotional events

  • Act as advisor during school visits, open houses, career fairs, virtual workshops, etc;
  • Promote our institutions and programs at student recruitment events;
  • Any other related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • College diploma (DEC);
  • At least one year's experience in sales consulting;
  • Oral bilingualism required (other languages an asset);
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team;
  • Excellent organizational, administrative and planning skills (essential);
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Experience in education (asset);
  • Experience working with CRM software (asset).
