Project Coordinator - Squamish, Canada - Precision DKI
Description
We are a full-service Restoration company located in Squamish that is looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our staff as a Project Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant.
Experience in the Restoration and/or construction industry is an asset but not a requirement. The ability to work hard, multi-task and learn quickly with a great attitude is vital.Requirements:
- Administrative experience
- Bookkeeping experience is an asset
- Computer proficiency including familiarity with Microsoft Office & Excel
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a timely and efficient manner
- Superior communication and organization skills
- Ability to function as part of a team as well as independently
Responsibilities:
- Document production and review
- Monitor project progress and costs
- Facilitate project coordination and completion
- Communicate with Project Managers, Clients and Vendors
- Invoicing
- Reception Relief
- Additional data entry or clerical work as required
