Description

We are a full-service Restoration company located in Squamish that is looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our staff as a Project Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant.

Experience in the Restoration and/or construction industry is an asset but not a requirement. The ability to work hard, multi-task and learn quickly with a great attitude is vital.


Requirements:


  • Administrative experience
  • Bookkeeping experience is an asset
  • Computer proficiency including familiarity with Microsoft Office & Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a timely and efficient manner
  • Superior communication and organization skills
  • Ability to function as part of a team as well as independently

Responsibilities:


  • Document production and review
  • Monitor project progress and costs
  • Facilitate project coordination and completion
  • Communicate with Project Managers, Clients and Vendors
  • Invoicing
  • Reception Relief
  • Additional data entry or clerical work as required
Option to work remotely, in office, or hybrid
