    Description

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our team.

    As a Manual Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining manual machines to fabricate and modify metal parts according to specifications.


    Duties:
    Set up and operate manual machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
    Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
    Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of dimensions
    Fabricate, weld, and assemble metal parts as required
    Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
    Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes Skills:
    Proficiency in operating manual machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
    Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles
    Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Requirements:
    High school diploma or equivalent
    Equipment and machinery experience
    Boring machines, Engine lathes, Milling machines, surface grinders, tapping machines, Drill presses, Lathe.
