Mon - Thurs (8:30am - 4:00pm)

Friday (9:00am - 12:00pm)

Total of 33 hours per week


Qualifications
Medical Office Administration certificate/diploma

Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)

Familiar with EMR system, Accuro (preferred)


Full Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who takes pride in their work and can work
demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and work well under
pressure.

**The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for but not limited to: Manage a complex schedule to ensure efficiency and flow

Answering phones

Filing and sorting incoming faxes and documents from patients

Responsible for accounts receivables and referral reconciliation

Arrange in-house bloodwork for our Roberta Place patients (work with clinical assistant)

Completing tasks in a timely manner including, but not limited to:

Scheduling tasks (hospital appts, our pts, CXP for RP residents, etc.)

All incoming correspondence tasks (incoming/outgoing documents)

Prescription follow up
