Department Summary:

_**IGM Training & Development oversees the needs assessment, design/development, deployment and evaluation of learning solutions and national programs for Financial Advisors, Leaders, and Employees.

The role:
_**IGM Training & Development is looking to add a Senior Specialist LMS & Analytics to the team.

The Senior Specialist LMS & Analytics will provide day to day support for the Learning Management System and operational activities across the IGM Training & Development department.


The key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Support the administrative and technical aspects of the Learning Management System (LMS), including:
- enrollment of users,
- assignment of learning plans,
- uploading and testing training content,
- management of data,
- creation and distribution of reports, and
- managing user groups

  • Collaborate with team members, and internal and external stakeholders to intake, build, and test training resources, courses, and programs, etc. on the LMS, including troubleshooting, error log monitoring, ticketing, and related communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to review, support, assess, test, provide recommendations, and implement IGU Campus new functionalities as per SAP roadmap enhancements and biannual technical releases.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the IGU Campus user interface (UX Design) as required.
  • Update and create standard operating procedures as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding the Learning Management System
  • Assist in enterprisewide projects as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Minimum of 2 years of previous office experience, preferably in a Learning and Development department.
  • Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
  • Completion of a postsecondary degree in a related discipline.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills, with initiative to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and make decisions within the functional area of responsibility with mínimal direct supervision.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment; juggle and manage competing tasks and demands; and deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Beginner level knowledge of HTML and Photoshop an asset.
