As a
Business Intelligence Analyst, you will provide data-driven insights, analysis, and reports regarding advertising sales and customer platform and usage metrics relating to audience segmentation.

What you'll be doing:

Work with stakeholders and engineering teams in a crossfunctional environment.
Collaborate with engineering teams and sales to design, build, and maintain, data flows, data pipelines, data lakes.
Adhoc analysis of datasets, including collaborating on A/B, multivariate testing.
Improve existing processes and models, validate accuracy and performance, documentation using the team WIKI, present clear and consistent reports and dashboards to the Senior Leadership team showcasing improvements, shortfalls, and areas of interest for future research.
Develop a deep understanding of our data assets and identify opportunities for improvements and development.
Identify, model, and report on traffic trends using different data sets.

What you'll need to be successful:

Must haves:

Professional experience: 2+ years in a similar key role.
Bachelor or Master's in Statistics, Actuarial Finance, Mathematics, or any STEM or advanced Finance backgrounds.
Past experience with Ad Network, Ad Exchange, DMP/DSP/SSP, Audience Segmentation.
Advanced statistical skills and experience working with data teams and/or software engineering teams.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to clearly communicate results and to define next steps to the team.
Strong understanding of Business and Statistics is important as well as Business experience with ecommerce, digital marketing, online sales platforms.
Experienced and proven track record of using SQL, PowerBI (DAX), Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Excel, Google Analytics, GCP, Looker, building data models.

Nice to Haves:

Direct cloud experience or ETL background, DataBricks.
Experience with Python.
