    As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our organization's infrastructure, ensuring its reliability and performance.

    Your primary duties will include incident resolution, project work, and providing support in a 24/7 environment, as well as a commitment to service excellence and teamwork.


    Project Work:
    ○ Collaborate on infrastructure projects to design, implement, and optimize infrastructure-based solutions.
    ○ Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of infrastructure-related projects.
    Participate in shift rotations to provide around-the-clock support for our infrastructure.
    ○ Maintain a strong commitment to service excellence by delivering high-quality solutions and support to internal stakeholders.
    ○ Identify and implement best practices to enhance infrastructure operations and performance.
    Foster a positive team spirit within the IT department by collaborating effectively with colleagues.
    ○ Share knowledge, mentor junior team members, and contribute to a cooperative and productive work environment.
    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    • Previous experience in infrastructure management, incident resolution, and project work in on-prem environments.
    • Strong knowledge of Linux Operating Systems and server administration
    • Strong knowledge of networking, security, and best practices.
    • Willingness to work in shift rotations and provide 24/7 support as needed.
