    Position - Senior Environmental Project Manager/Project Engineer (QPESA)

    Location:
    Mississauga, ON
    *Must be a QPESA and have experience of Record of Site Condition filing.


    Are you ready to apply your technical expertise and leadership skills to make a significant impact? Our client is seeking a dynamic individual who is eager to contribute to their growth and lead projects in environmental due diligence and remediation.

    As a Senior Project Manager/Project Engineer with our client, you will have the opportunity to manage your own client portfolio and provide effective leadership to your project team.

    Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee projects related to Phase One and Phase Two Environmental Site Assessments, data analysis, Record of Site Condition filing, work plan preparation, and report generation.

    Your role will involve mentoring junior and intermediate staff, as well as overseeing subcontractors and project financials.

    Manage projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
    Provide mentorship and leadership to junior and intermediate staff.
    Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Geology, or related Science.
    ~ Licensed Professional in Ontario with Professional Engineers Ontario (P.Eng. or LET), or ability to obtain the license within one year of employment.
    ~10-15 years of consulting experience, with at least 5 years in project management for environmental site assessments.
    ~ Strong knowledge of geotechnical, hydrogeological, and environmental site assessment practices.
    ~ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    ~ Proficiency in invoicing, budgeting, and project financial management.
    ~ Valid driver's license and insurance.
    ~ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.

    Membership in internal Communities of Practice for technical problem-solving and collaboration.
