- Recruitment – posting jobs, review resumes, conducting interviews.
- Create offer letters and enter new Team Members into HR Self Service
- Conducting New Hire Orientation.
- Maintaining confidential documentation and Team Member files.
- Assisting with planning special events such as the annual service awards, and other extracurricular happenings.
- Working directly with Marketing and People & Culture.
- Greeting, filtering, distributing, and accepting information and paperwork from employees and the public then relaying that information to the correct parties.
- Prepare new hire packages, conduct orientation, and assist with employee training.
- Planning and booking of meeting rooms, training for staff, and ordering supplies and services as needed for department associated event planning.
- Provide support for Team Member requests, questions, or other required needs.
- Assist with talent management processes.
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets.
- Other projects and assignments as required.
- Previous experience with recruitment and other related duties.
- Ability to provide a clean drivers abstract and operate a company vehicle.
- Administrative experience working with all types of computer programs (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of our Values (Integrity, Community, Teamwork).
- Professional, people-first, Guest service skills.
- Ability to work effectively with all other Team Members.
- Are a results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- A belief in building relationships, effectively encouraging others, and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
