    Description

    *We are currently hiring for part time or full time position at our Cityplace and Etobicoke locations*

    Join a company that cares about your success and provides opportunities to grow We are looking for a physiotherapist with a strong interest in treating orthopedic and sports injuries, professional development, and critical thinking. You must be a physiotherapist looking to gain a variety of skills outside the treatment room.

    We provide a creative compensation plan through our unique performance based compensation model. Bonuses, and growth in compensation are achieved through KPIs and progressing through our unique pay band structure. We also provide in-house wellness privileges, a health spending account and extended health benefits that cover drugs and dental. Mentorship and teamwork occur regularly, both in structured and unstructured formats.

    The ideal candidate will combine manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and sports injury management into client care. The ideal candidate should also possess strong case management and client engagement skills with an interest in brand building, customer service and community engagement.

    Resiliency, reflection and personal growth are a must

    Prior experience in a private outpatient setting is preferred. This positions is set to start as soon as possible.

    Foundation Physiotherapy provides the ideal professional setting

    -1 hour initial consults and 30 minute, one on one sessions, with your client

    -Private treatment rooms

    -100% Physiotherapist owned, with BIPOC and female ownership representation

    -Compensated structured and unstructured mentorship available for employees (reduces cost for contractors)

    -6 month curriculum available with the following modules: Foundations of Private Practice, Manual Therapy, Caseload Management, Communication & Exercise Principles

    On top of a clinical income, employees can earn performance bonuses and stipends for field coverage and/or marketing events. Yearly increases are given based on performance reviews and tenure.
