Qualifications:
- Fine dining experience highly preferred
- 3 years of fullservice restaurant cooking experience
- Requires good communication skills
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
- Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen
- Requires moderate supervision and training
