Description

Visionpool Business Services is hiring a Project Manager to assume the leadership of a portfolio of projects for a one-year term with potential for extension, in Enterprise Security DT&S group.

The PM resource is expected to use their experience and expertise to successfully lead and deliver projects following established practises and templates while ensuring that Project Management Institute best practices are being applied and followed.

THIS OPPORTUNITY IS LOCATED NISTE IN REGINA, SK

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

Project Communications and Status Reporting
Scope Management
Project resource management including internal resources and external vendors
Management of the overall Project Plan
Management of project costs and forecasting
Management of project risks and issues
Providing assistance and mentorship as required
Knowledge sharing with peers to ensure progressive realization of improvements within the project management practice

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years experience managing IT projects
PMP Certification
Demonstrated experience delivering work management, asset management and inventory management solutions
Demonstrated experience implementing complex integrated solutions
Demonstrated experience implementing Cyber Security based solutions
Demonstrated experience implementing Customer Information based system solutions
PMBoK and RUP methodologies or the use of other delivery methodologies such as Agile
