    • Description du poste

    Votre rôle :

    Vous êtes un ambassadeur de la Restauration et du Service qui sont les emblèmes de notre expérience au Rosélys. Votre bienveillance, votre attention particulière et votre connaissance sur nos offres font de nos clients une clientèle unique.

  • Être un ambassadeur de la marque en maintenant une apparence professionnelle et soignée;
  • Servir et fournir les produits et services relatifs au service de la restauration à tous nos clients selon les normes et les procédures
  • Effectuer le débarrassage et le remontage de toutes les tables et sections assignés, nettoyer les locaux avant, pendant et après le service
  • Accueillir et prendre soin des clients;
  • Assurer en tout temps la satisfaction des clients;
  • Suivre les standards et règles des Hôtels Fairmont;
  • Aider ses collègues;
  • Compléter les tâches journalières et hebdomadaires requises;
  • Participer aux réunions départementales ainsi qu'aux programmes de formation;
  • Accomplir toutes autres tâches connexes assignées par la direction
    • Qualifications

    Votre expérience et vos compétences incluent :

  • Bilingue (anglais/français);
  • Avoir une flexibilité d'horaire de travail en tout temps;
  • Responsable, fiable, digne de confiance;
  • Capable de travailler en équipe
  • Doit réussir un test théorique obligatoire
  • Sens développé de l'organisation et de la propreté;
  • Être autonome dans l'exercice de ses fonctions.
