Bilingual Immigration Case Manager - Toronto, Canada - Pacston
Description
Ideal applicants should be able to work 40 hours every week.Job Responsibilities:
- Assign and edit technical/legal documents and letters based on internal materials
- Revise documents according to internal specifications and client feedback
- Reply to client messages in the case management system
- Work on reference letter projects
- Overtime might be needed to respond to clients' messages and finish client's projects on time
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English writing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding client service skills
- Proficients with G Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro
- High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated professional demeanour
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Have a BA or MA degree
- Speak a second language other than English
- Relevant internship or work experience as assets
