Business Systems Analyst Calgary , Alberta ETRM Application Support Advisor Calgary , Alberta View all jobs in this category We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst/Microsoft 365 Trainer for a long-term position starting with a 6-month contract, in Calgary, Alberta.

Our client is searching for a Business Systems Analyst/Microsoft 365 Trainer with strong experience in Information Management, preferably in Oil and Gas.

Solid business analysis skills and technical background in the Microsoft 365 collaboration suite of tools are required for this role.

Support and train users in Microsoft 365 collaboration suite, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Office apps.
Work with teams across Tourmaline to provide Information Management best practices and help enforce IM policies.
Lead/support systems implementation, including requirements gathering, process mapping and test coordination.

Manage testing cycles for system upgrades, including working with the business users and vendors to ensure upgrades/changes are successful and have minimum impact on users.

Develop effective relationships with business stakeholders and system vendors.
Perform change management processes to ensure adequate control of systems and information.

Great experience with SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive, including administration, user training and support/troubleshooting.
Strong understanding and practical work experience with Information Management concepts.
Strong core Business Analysis skills.
