    Description
    Your primary focus is to plan, implement, manage, and control all financial accounting and reporting activities. The selected incumbent will provide meaningful financial expertise across the organization and act as a trusted finance business partner.

    Reporting to the Managing Director, you will have full oversight of the finance function and will work closely with the leadership team and CFO of the parent company on various operational and strategic initiatives.

    Direct and coordinate financial planning and budget management functions including analyzing and reporting on variances
    Establish and maintain standardization of financial procedures and policies
    Contribute to the strategic planning process including annual operating plans and cost management strategies, etc.
    Coordinate financial audits and maintain relationships with banks
    Ad hoc projects as required
    A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive work experience
    Strong Excel skills


    Definite Assets:
    Previous experience in a project environment – able to deal with different project managers
    Free on-site parking
