Overview


Kinectrics is building its Medical Isotopes portfolio and to span the supply chain from stable isotope production to cGMP radioisotope and drug product manufacturing.

Kinectrics is seeking a project analyst with proven business and project experience to join our dynamic team.


Accountabilities:
How You Will Make an Impact


  • Assist in preparation and processing of confidential material related to overall business plans, management special projects, organizational changes, staffing, etc.
  • Assist in identifying tendering opportunities, and in preparation and delivery of Kinectrics proposals to ensure proposals and tenders are of the appropriate quality (meets customer needs and specified requirements).
  • Interface with clients and internal staff regarding Requests for Proposals, Requests for Quotation, Requests for Tender, etc. and support Project Managers in negotiating contracts for people and services required by the company.
  • Assist in project planning, controls, and monitoring. Develop and maintain models related to cost performance.
  • Update, track, monitor and analyze specified projects and operations for cost and schedule performance. Identify performance variances regarding actual versus planned results.
  • Prepare, implement, and monitor costs and update dashboards for both internal stakeholders and customer reports (as applicable).
  • Ensure the accuracy of project cost planning and identify areas of risk.
  • Coordination of weekly/monthly management business reports in a timely manner.
  • Retain historical information for cost impact analysis for future work and operations.
  • Analyze data to ensure consistency with company procedures and strategies.
  • Review cost control and financial reporting procedures which assess their effectiveness and recommend changes or improvements as necessary.
  • Generate invoices, track payment status, and direct follow ups with the clients and vendors regarding invoicing.
  • Assist in the preparation of work program budget and forecasting, work program maintenance, and project budget tracking and cost control.
