About the Role:
- Oversee and monitor the returns team and ensure that proper training methods are followed and documented. Provide hand on support where needed
- Responsible for consistently balancing team and achieving productivity standard set through corporate guidelines
- Prepare Returns team weekly work schedule
- Oversee and support Processing credits for all inbound returns, transfers, and deliveries (SAP and Salesforce) within the KPI timelines
- Prepare and process daily transfer to 3PL for completed refurbished product
- Prepare and execute returns uploads, reconcile to ensure accuracy
- Accurately handle/document all outbound freight/storage shipments to 3PL and prepare all related paperwork; partnering with 3PL make shipping arrangements when necessary.
- Maintain accuracy through cycle counts
- Break down/separate/palletize inbound return units
- Maintain organization and FIFO in the return lanes
- Loading/unloading trailers from our 3rd party provider
- Reshipping undeliverable orders
- Responsible for contributing to interim and annual performance evaluations
- Participate in various company task forces and committees to help improve work processes and quality improvement
- Responsible for ensuring that company policies, procedures and guideline are followed
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
- All other duties based on business needs.
About You:
- A dynamic, enthusiastic and collaborative professional who:
- 1-2 years Receiving /Warehouse experience change to 3-4 years supervisor experience.
- Experience licensed machine operator (reach truck, walkie)
- 23 years of customer service and order entry experience
- Proficiency in MS Office software required (excel and word)
- SAP experience a strong asset
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and join in an active, high energy and high performing team
- Ability to handle daily data entries accurately and efficiently
