AEDN also engages in development and management of retail, commercial and residential properties._

We are looking to hire a residential property manager.

You will join a growing and exciting team that is committed to providing the best living experience to our tenants.

You will be responsible for a large variety of tasks including tenant communication, administration, and project management. Being reliable, punctual, and a team player is essential for this job.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Communicate with tenants on all requests (leases, payments, repairs).
Administration for the property (AR, Renewals, Regie, etc).
Overseeing turnover of units and being very well organized.
Establishing Operating Budget
Marketing and leasing
Overseeing any building staff and coordination with contractors in the building.

Requirements and Qualifications:

510 years experience in residential real estate in Quebec. Minimum 3 years as regional property manager
Strong Computer Skills (Hopem is a bonus)
Speak both English and French.
Must be organized, reliable and able to prioritize tasks.
Team work and strong communication skills are a necessity
