We are currently expanding our marketing team and recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator position. A description of the roles and responsibilities, as well as the required qualifications, is provided below.

The Marketing Coordinator will use their strong attention to detail, creativity, and understanding of our target audiences to assist in marketing the Titan brand, and our range of products and services.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, he/she will collaborate with marketing team colleagues, internal sales and operations staff, and external vendors on various marketing-focused activities aimed at supporting business goals and priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities_

  • Developing messaging and content for a wide variety of marketing assets including ads, brochures, presentations, articles, blogs, case studies, video scripts, and webinars.
  • Help manage the company's website.
  • Assist with the administration of our social media platforms to encourage engagement, reach, and a positive presence.
  • Lead and maintain corporate staff apparel program, and inventory of promotional items, samples, and marketing collateral.
  • Work with colleagues on coordination of companyhosted marketing events such as webinars and other initiatives.
  • Coordinate company participation in industryfocused trade shows.
  • Supports sales and outreach team with preparation and formatting of presentations, and technical support collateral such as spec sheets, installation manuals, technical comparisons ect.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:


  • Completion or enrolment in a postsecondary marketing program. A combination of education and related experience will be considered.
  • 3 years minimum experience working in a marketing, advertising or communications role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Proficiency with graphic design, photo and video editing programs (eg. Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, ect)
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, SEO, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Highly creative with a keen eye for visual design.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and process driven.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a teambased environment.
  • Motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Dedicated to the pursuit of continuous improvement.

Assets:


Additional consideration will be given to those having any of the following.

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, content development, and writing within the geosynthetics or heavy construction industry.

Experience:


  • Working experience in graphic design, and content development content for a wide variety of marketing assets.
  • Experience writing and developing messaging for a variety of asset types and channels.
  • Experience in event planning, project or program coordination involving deadlines, multitasking, and collaborating with multiple parties to achieve results.

Other Information:_

  • This is a fulltime position, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
with the potential for some overtime during the peak busy season.

  • Travel may be required.
  • Wage will depend on qualifications.
