Description
Responsibilities:
- Repair dental instruments. (Training provided)
- Communicate with customers or dealers to provide technical support
- Provide training to dealer's technicians at varies locations (travel will be required)
- Attend dental conventions to provide immediate technical support
- Provides responsible repair in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintains the necessary tools of the trade and have readily available to perform installation and repair services.
- Attends all required training
- Communicates in a timely manner to all team members
- Completes all work orders in a timely manner.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
Qualification
- Handy
- Fluent in English
- Working knowledge mechanical and electrical systems.
- Basic computer skills, IT background is an asset
- Strong customer interpersonal skills.
- High School Diploma, Associates Degree or Technical School Certification is desirable.
- Must be able to comply with company uniform and dress policy and must be able complete all work related tasks utilizing company provided laptop as required.

From $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
