Description

Responsibilities:


  • Repair dental instruments. (Training provided)
  • Communicate with customers or dealers to provide technical support
  • Provide training to dealer's technicians at varies locations (travel will be required)
  • Attend dental conventions to provide immediate technical support
  • Provides responsible repair in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintains the necessary tools of the trade and have readily available to perform installation and repair services.
  • Attends all required training
  • Communicates in a timely manner to all team members
  • Completes all work orders in a timely manner.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

Qualification

  • Handy
  • Fluent in English
  • Working knowledge mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Basic computer skills, IT background is an asset
  • Strong customer interpersonal skills.
  • High School Diploma, Associates Degree or Technical School Certification is desirable.
  • Must be able to comply with company uniform and dress policy and must be able complete all work related tasks utilizing company provided laptop as required.

From $17.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
