Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when necessary
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Painter or in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic math for measuring and mixing paint
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in painting
- Ability to operate a forklift or crane is a plus
- Experience with welding, assembling, fabricating, or machining is beneficial
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles is preferred
Skills:
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for painting tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce highquality work
- Excellent color perception and ability to match shades accurately
- Good physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

- 8 hour shift

Experience:
- industrial painting: 2 years (preferred)
