Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish
Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when necessary
Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Experience:

Previous experience as a Painter or in a similar role
Knowledge of basic math for measuring and mixing paint
Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in painting
Ability to operate a forklift or crane is a plus
Experience with welding, assembling, fabricating, or machining is beneficial
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles is preferred

Skills:

Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for painting tasks
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce highquality work
Excellent color perception and ability to match shades accurately
Good physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
