Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in the real estate industry demonstrating an ability to thrive in this position.
A methodical, creative and innovative approach to solving design challenges.
Experience with AutoCAD or other design software and rendering abilities considered a plus.
Educational background in real estate, architecture, planning or related field.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple assignments and priorities in a dynamic fast pace work environment.
Ability to persevere through challenges and maintain a positive outlook.
Strong work ethic and an ability to learn quickly.

Salary:
$60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
