You will be part of a dynamic Customer Care team, ensuring that our new homeowners are completely satisfied from post-purchase through to post-warranty periods and that all Tarion Warranty Services are fulfilled.

Position Responsibilities_

  • Assist the Customer Care Manager with administrative office work.
  • Assist the Customer Care Manager with scheduling trades to address deficiencies from the PDI, 30 day and yearend Tarion Forms.
  • Coordinating onsite service/warranty administration and database management of Tarion obligations with purchasers, construction, and trade partners from predelivery through to yearend warranty periods.
  • Assist the Customer Care Manager Scheduling and Conducting Framing Walk Throughs and Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI's) with homeowners.
  • Coordinate and follow up for service warranty issues.
  • Communicates new home purchasers' inquiries to appropriate trades and departments.
  • Provide timely responses to the new home customer.
  • Enters and completes work orders in QaPad and / or Builder Lynx.
  • Able to track and follow up on work order completion and provide timely, accurate responses to Homeowners
  • Schedule Service Technician.
  • Schedule trades to address deficiencies from 1st and 2nd year performance audit.
  • The desire to provide industry leading Customer Experience and consistently exceed customer expectations.
  • Possesses a positive attitude with a strong focus on supporting team members.

  • Fulltime
  • Monday to Thursday 7:30AM 5:00PM
  • Friday 7:30AM 4:00PM

Required Skills and Experience_

  • 3+ years Customer Care experience required in Residential Low Rise
  • Previous QaPAd and/or Builder Lynx experience preferred, must be a quick learner
  • Must be knowledgeable in Tarion Construction Performance Guidelines and common elements Warranties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs with strong Excel skills
  • Ability to deal with different types of clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented, have strong organization skills, an excellent time management skills
