Pioneer Family Pools is hiring a Sales Representative for our Outdoor Furniture Division. The purpose of this position is to assist customers in finding the right solution for their outdoor furniture needs. In this role, you will work independently and in a team.

It will be your responsibility to create a clean, organized and realistic display of the outdoor furniture while assisting customers in finding the right products.

This is a seasonal position from March - Oakville with rotating weekends, beginning immediately.

Training on all products will be provided

Pioneer Family Pools, Oakville retail location

Pay:
Hourly + generous commissions paid out monthly

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in designing their outdoor space to be everything they want it to be.
Incorporate design, comfort, budget and merchandising for any and all customers as requested
Drive sales through engaging both customers and associates with accurate and practical product knowledge.
Assist and follow up with online leads.
Collect all outstanding payments before delivery or install, manage the A/R list.
Restock returns (if saleable);Assist the cashier with returns of all patio furniture items and accessories.
Accurately schedule customer home deliveries as per the delivery and assembly guidelines based on regional days and accessibility.
Maintain an outdoor display out front of the Retail location based on weather conditions. Ensure this area is presentable, well organized and clean
Use Pioneer Family Pools core values and principles to deliver a positive, friendly and pleasant experience while exceeding our customers' expectations
Maintain at all times a clean, friendly, sales ready retail floor that is aligned with Pioneer Family Pools Corporate guidelines & expectations.
Working of Pioneer Pools Tent sales & offsite events; as well as the availability for set up & take down for said events

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and merchandise
Proven ability to sell products and upsell additional items or services
Selfmotivated
Determined to learn, expand and maintain knowledge of our products/services
Experience working in fast paced environments
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Personable and outgoing in person and on phone
