We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Vice President of Finance who will be a key player in shaping our financial strategy.

If you are a strategic leader with a strong background in deals and finance, we want you to contribute to our organization's growth and success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
Lead financial planning and analysis, providing insights to support decisionmaking.
Oversee the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Assess and negotiate deals, partnerships, and financial agreements to drive business growth.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial initiatives with organizational objectives.
Conduct financial risk assessments and implement risk management strategies.
Provide strategic guidance on capital allocation and investment decisions.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors impacting the business.
Foster relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other key stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably as a VP of Finance.
Strong background in deals, financial analysis, and strategic financial planning.
Demonstrated ability to align financial strategies with broader business objectives.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
Strategic thinker with a forwardlooking approach to financial management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance is preferred.
