To provide efficient and accurate customer service and ongoing support for counsellors and vendors in respect to administrative questions.

This role also assists with tasks connected to administrative quality of counsellor profiles, scheduling and support on payment enquiry and provider online submissions.

Systems maintenance, including updating counselor profiles based on audit results or requests for changes.
Request types include create, edit delete schedules for counselors.
Create and edit provider profiles: Address changes, credentials, gov clearance, inclusions, and exclusions.
Communicate with provider network about the requests received and provide clear steps on the solutions
Supporting the provider network with all administrative inquiries, acting as a "first contact" to LifeWorks
Investigating provider issues using systems, process maps and generate reports and manipulate data in excel to ensure information is processed correctly for provider and other parties.
Act as a liaison between provider, RCM and organization contact person to secure info about additional hours for client and update the systemEnsuring confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of workload while dealing with providers and/or other internal and external parties

Special projects and other duties as required
