is actively seeking an
Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President, International to join our team at the
Campus Support Centre.


Primary Purpose:


The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative, project management and organization support to the Executive Vice President, International.

This role also involves data gathering, analysis and preparing presentations.


The Executive Assistant will support the vision, mission, and values of triOS College while contributing to a positive, supportive and student-focused team environment of respect, integrity, dedication and readiness; embracing diversity and fostering inclusion.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Primary role is the administrative and organizational support for the Executive Vice President, International.
  • Assisting and improving productivity and timely communication of the Executive Vice President, International.
  • Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings run by the Executive Vice President, International.
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements, such as booking meeting space and coordinating catering, for meetings the Executive Vice President, International is involved in.
  • Proactively manage the Executive Vice President's calendar.
  • Prepare correspondence and reports.
  • Create and update PowerPoint presentations.
  • Followup on action items for both the Executive Vice President, International and direct reports.
  • Gathering data, building, and/or maintaining Excelbased reports.
  • Project management for ongoing projects as assigned.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system for the Executive Vice President, International.
  • Track monthly expenses for Executive Vice President, International.
  • Provide personal assistance to the Executive Vice President, International as needed.
  • Office administration, general office duties, and support as assigned.
  • Design, review and coordinate various materials for presentations (slides, minutes, agendas, followup, etc.).
  • Occasional projects and assistance with campus activities in Toronto, Brampton and Mississauga.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • University degree.
  • 25 years of work experience, with at least one year supporting a senior management position.
  • Experience with data analysis and preparation of presentations is an asset.
  • Project Management experience is considered an asset.
  • A selfstarter with initiative.
  • Easily adaptable to change in the workplace.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to juggle tasks and react quickly on short notice.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and multitasking.
  • Ability to work extended hours as required.
  • Professional tone and demeanor.
  • Confident, outgoing personality.
  • Proactive, preparing for things that will be required in the future.
  • Excellent keyboarding skills.
  • A reliable vehicle, credit card, and valid Ontario Driver's license is required.
  • A home office environment with a strong internet connection is required.

Hours of
Work:

This is a
permanent full-time position. Hours of work will be
8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Location:


  • This is a
    hybrid role, with requirements to be inperson on some days, and work remotely on other days. On average, it is expected that about 40%50% of the role will be in person, but locations will vary from week to week.
  • Ability to work occasionally at the triOS Campus Support Centre in Mississauga, and campus locations in Toronto, Brampton and Mississauga.
  • Occasional travel to other campuses or offsite management meetings.
  • Occasional overnight for offsite management meetings.

The scheduled start for this opportunity is
immediate.
